Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
- Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule candidates while maintaining clean ATS data.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and close candidates in a competitive market.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong storytelling abilities and sound judgment on candidate quality.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, or hardware development.
