Sr. HR Generalist

Location: On-site in Andover, Massachusetts, with travel between nearby Massachusetts sites; flexibility to support different shifts, including possible weekly third-shift coverage.

Salary: $88,000–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and supervisors to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, inquiries, and exit interviews.
• Support performance management, including performance concerns and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Coordinate hiring support, onboarding, and new-hire orientation with Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems, preferably Workday, and analyze HR data and trends for leadership.
• Support leave of absence, Workers’ Compensation, benefits, compensation, training, development, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment laws.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and collaborate with different teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Relocation benefits are not available; the role requires an on-site office and plant presence.

• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.
