Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance

Base compensation: $150,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and delivery of budgets, Board materials, executive presentations, reporting packages, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Support quarterly earnings preparation, including investor presentations, scripts, investor Q&A, and market analysis.
• Conduct external benchmarking and shareholder and peer analysis to inform leadership and investor relations strategy.
• Provide financial and valuation analysis for M&A, prepare transaction materials, and participate in execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business trends, performance gaps, insights, and opportunities.
• Advise senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis supporting long-term strategy and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, capital markets, investor relations, or FP&A.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior executives and preparing materials for Boards, executive committees, or investors.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with expert Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and visuals.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• BS/BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
