Capital Markets Analyst (AI)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for debt and equity financing structures supporting data center and power infrastructure projects.
• Support capital markets transactions, including project finance, asset-backed lending, and structured credit facilities.
• Prepare investor materials, credit presentations, and financial analyses for lenders, rating agencies, and equity investors.
• Research comparable infrastructure and energy finance transactions, including pricing and terms.
• Coordinate due diligence with Legal, Treasury, Accounting, and deal teams, including data room preparation and responses to investor queries.
• Monitor financial metrics, macroeconomic and credit market conditions, post-close reporting, and debt covenant compliance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or project finance is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including leveraged finance, project finance, or credit models.
• Understanding of debt and equity capital markets instruments and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg or Capital IQ familiarity is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with strong analytical and communication skills.
