Construction Project Manager (Electric Aviation)

What you will do

• Act as the liaison between BETA and external Construction Managers across capital projects.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, landscape, and interior design activities during construction.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, jobsite progress, and construction quality.
• Manage permitting, approvals, compliance, bonding, insurance documentation, and construction policies.
• Support project budgets, job-cost reviews, monthly and quarterly reporting, and FF&E installation coordination.
• Resolve constructability and delivery issues among ownership, designers, contractors, consultants, and public or private stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of construction management experience, including leading projects for a contractor, developer, owner, or municipality.
• Knowledge of procurement, permitting, planning, construction methods, and design for significant new construction projects.
• Experience with the full physical vertical construction lifecycle, including design and engineering for institutional-scale projects.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
