Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do
- Track projects across hardware, software, manufacturing, launch, flight, and constellation operations.
- Brief the Head of Constellation on project status, deadlines, owners, and milestones.
- Run weekly performance meetings, capture action items, set deadlines, and follow up through completion.
- Monitor contracts, external deliverables, internal shipments, and cross-team dependencies.
- Analyze flight data into clear statistics on balloon performance and failure drivers.
- Protect postmortems and process improvements, documenting durable workflows and systems.
Requirements
- Must work on-site in Redwood Shores, California.
- American citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of some work.
- Experience turning one-off prototypes or projects into consistent processes and systems.
- Ability to understand deeply technical projects involving hardware, software, manufacturing, and field deployment.
- Strong follow-through, accountability, documentation, and prioritization skills.
- Comfort working with uncertainty, shifting priorities, and evolving procedures.
