Product Manager - Pharmacy Network (Healthcare Technology)

Salary: $94,500–$157,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage products supporting the pharmacy industry across the Pharmacy Network Solutions portfolio.
• Use industry and market research to recommend product direction and contribute to the product roadmap and strategy.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, including pricing guardrails and deal support.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, technical, legal, and compliance teams to define, position, and implement product solutions.
• Engage customers in co-innovation opportunities and make MVP product recommendations.
• Prioritize initiatives, resolve conflicts, and communicate product direction and business needs across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in product management or a related role within healthcare technology or pharmacy.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile or SAFe product development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, and the healthcare ecosystem.
• Understanding of the NCPDP Telecom Standard.
• Ability to contribute to product development cycles and work effectively with technical teams.

Nice to have

• Project management skills, including managing timelines through completion.
• Understanding of pharmacy locations, third-party claims, and managed care.
• Ability to develop solution value propositions and clearly articulate ROI.
• Ability to build effective relationships across organizational lines.
