Senior Director, Product Management Pharmacy Solutions (Healthcare Technology)

Location: New York, NY; Boston, MA; or Jacksonville, FL offices, or remote from FL, GA, TN, KY, or TX

Base salary: $175,000–$220,000 in New York and Massachusetts, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards

What you will do

• Lead strategy, planning, development, launch, and lifecycle management for pharmacy technology solutions.
• Research customers, markets, competitors, and emerging trends to define product vision, target markets, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, shape scalable experiences, and ensure alignment with regulatory, operational, and client needs.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Delivery, Operations, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success throughout the agile lifecycle.
• Lead go-to-market planning, positioning, pricing, packaging, sales enablement, client presentations, and product training.
• Track adoption, client satisfaction, financial performance, KPIs, and business outcomes while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex healthcare or pharmacy technology products.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit management, healthcare technology, payer operations, clinical programs, digital health, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience developing product strategies, business cases, financial analyses, and measurable success metrics.
• Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, commercial, client engagement, and go-to-market capabilities.
