Product Manager, Hospital Solutions (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, with preference for the San Francisco, CA headquarters or Portland, OR

Compensation: $120,000–$172,000 annual total compensation, including salary, bonus, and equity

What you will do

• Own the product mission, strategy, goals, and success metrics for hospital partnership solutions.
• Improve internal targeting and campaign delivery tools supporting the core marketing business.
• Identify, scope, launch, and optimize new product opportunities and features.
• Lead Agile/Scrum planning and establish the product roadmap with R&D and commercial stakeholders.
• Work with product, engineering, data, sales, client success, and external partners to build solutions and improve client satisfaction.
• Build consensus on product strategy, design, and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Product Manager experience.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills; SQL familiarity is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau.
• Ability to identify core problems, work across teams, and deliver effective solutions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with diverse R&D and commercial partners.
• Prior healthcare experience, including familiarity with claims data or referral flows, is beneficial.
