Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote USA; occasional travel required

Salary: $65,000–$138,000 annual base pay depending on work location, with additional compensation programs and equity grants for most positions

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, goals, and measurable objectives for the pharmacy claims adjudication product area.
• Build and deliver tools and features that address customer and partner pain points.
• Partner with engineers, designers, researchers, analysts, business teams, pricing analysts, and external partners throughout product development.
• Write and prioritize requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation, and implementation resources.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, experimentation, and deep analytics to identify opportunities and guide the roadmap.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management, business or systems analysis, or project management experience with a record of successful delivery.
• Experience defining product features and requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, execution, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics and testing best practices.
• Must be based in the USA; occasional travel is required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare and retail pharmacy experience.
• Claims adjudication experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale features and zero-to-one initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
