Mid-Level Trademark Paralegal (Trademark)

Location: Any hirify.global U.S. office location; hybrid schedule with at least one on-site day per week. Additional in-office days may be required based on business and client needs. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: $85,000–$133,750 per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus may be available.

What you will do

• Manage an independent trademark docket.
• Handle domestic and foreign trademark filings.
• Conduct online trademark investigations.
• Perform SAEGIS scans with guidance from a senior paralegal.
• Work independently while supporting a collegial trademark team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of trademark experience.
• Well-rounded experience with domestic and foreign filings, online investigations, and SAEGIS scans.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
