Mid-Level Trademark Paralegal (Trademark)

Location: Any U.S. office location, including Silicon Valley; hybrid schedule with at least one on-site day per week. Additional in-office days may be required based on business and client needs.

What you will do

• Manage an independent trademark docket.
• Handle domestic and foreign trademark filings.
• Conduct online trademark investigations.
• Perform SAEGIS scans with guidance from a senior paralegal.
• Work independently in a fast-paced trademark environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of trademark experience preferred.
• Experience with domestic and foreign filings, online investigations, and SAEGIS scans.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a docket independently.
• BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at a U.S. office at least one day per week, with additional office attendance as needed.
