What you will do

• Manage complex IP litigation cases, including discovery requests, responses, document production, and case files.
• Conduct legal and factual research, analyze documents, and synthesize evidence to support case strategies.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, and factual reports.
• Coordinate discovery, document review, and production workflows with attorneys and external counsel.
• Use Relativity, Concordance, eDiscovery platforms, Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office to manage case activities.
• Track billable hours, maintain administrative compliance, and mentor junior paralegals and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a senior paralegal in IP litigation.
• Experience with discovery requests, document production, electronic discovery, and litigation case management.
• Strong legal research, analytical, organizational, communication, and document drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.

Nice to have

• IP trial litigation and International Trade Commission proceedings experience.
• Knowledge of patent and trademark procedures.
• Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, eDiscovery tools, and trial support software.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
