Customer Success Solutions Architect (CIAM)

Location: US - Remote. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States or United Kingdom. Immigration visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Translate enterprise customer goals into technical solutions using the CIAM platform.
• Lead technical onboarding, solution design, deployment, and post-sale optimization.
• Guide API integrations, identity provider configurations, SSO integrations, and custom workflows.
• Identify technical risks, blockers, and scalability opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, DevOps, deployment partners, and customer engineering teams.
• Develop technical best practices, playbooks, and documentation, and provide feedback for product roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of CIAM, OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT, and identity federation.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SDKs, SSO integrations, and federated identity solutions.
• Experience with system integrations in cloud-native environments and enterprise customer engagements.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to developers, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript, Node, React, Java, Python, and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
