Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Dubai, UAE

Lunch stipend: $75/£75 or equivalent in local currency per week

What you will do

• Lead the technical talk track during customer calls and act as the technical relationship owner.
• Design enterprise architectures and lead the deployment of customer pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers.
• Deep-dive into customer requirements, queries, and Cohere technology to map business objectives to technical solutions.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots while cultivating technical champions and driving product adoption.
• Develop scalable processes and documentation for the Solutions Architect and adjacent teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, account executives, executive leadership, and partners to align solutions with customer needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre-sales or post-sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or similar.
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of generative LLMs and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts, including training and evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to CEOs and working with technical audiences.
• Comfort working with Python and assistive coding tools.
• Native-level Arabic and current residence in Dubai, UAE are required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
