What you will do

• Lead AI strategy and innovation initiatives within the Google Cloud partnership.
• Act as the primary AI architect and technical advisor for enterprise clients.
• Lead technical pre-sales engagements, workshops, transformation roadmaps, reference architectures, estimations, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Design and deliver AI, data, analytics, and cloud modernization solutions using Google Cloud technologies.
• Guide Gemini Enterprise and LLM adoption, AI-enabled operating models, and AI-agent integration into software delivery workflows.
• Mentor AI delivery teams and contribute to go-to-market strategies, training, certifications, and capability development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI solution architecture, cloud transformation, or technical leadership.
• Proven expertise in enterprise AI/ML architectures, technical pre-sales, opportunity qualification, solution pitching, and effort estimation.
• Experience developing AI and data strategies on Google Cloud, including GCP, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, BigQuery, Spanner, Knowledge Graphs, semantic layers, Dataflow, Apache Beam, or Databricks.
• Experience taking AI initiatives from pre-sales ideation through production implementation and working with data scientists, ML engineers, and software development teams.
• Hands-on prototyping experience using vibe coding, AI Studio, Antigravity, ADK, or related tools.
• Strong communication, executive stakeholder management, leadership, ethical AI, data privacy, compliance, and AI governance skills; GCP certification or readiness to obtain it quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Exposure to AI-augmented or agent-orchestrated software delivery and AI-native SDLC models.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
