Senior Manager, Physical Security (West Coast Region)

Location: Onsite at the Santa Ana, California headquarters five days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $142,610–$167,776 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead West Coast security operations across internal teams and contracted security providers.
• Manage workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and career development.
• Own the regional security strategy, roadmap, budgets, headcount, KPIs, service-level agreements, and strategic projects.
• Develop and review security policies, procedures, training programs, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with Technical Security to improve access control, surveillance, video monitoring, alarm, and intrusion detection systems.
• Respond to critical security events and communicate risks, incidents, and program status to executives and business units.

Requirements

• 8+ years of corporate security management experience and at least 10 years of total security experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Deep expertise in physical security, including access control, CCTV and video management, intrusion detection, guest management, key control, and fire life-safety systems.
• Experience leading incident investigations, security assessments, complex security projects, and risk mitigation programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; e-Verify is used to validate eligibility.

Nice to have

• ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.
• Experience in travel safety, crisis management, executive protection, or business continuity.
