Salary: $150,700 — $226,100 USD

What you will do

• Lead and support a regional team of security professionals across the AMER region.
• Oversee physical security programs, policies, and risk assessments across offices and studio locations.
• Manage third-party security providers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with organizational expectations.
• Lead responses to workplace security incidents and coordinate with Workplace, Legal, and HR teams.
• Plan and execute security operations for PlayStation events, activations, and executive engagements.
• Collaborate with global security teams to maintain consistent operational standards and practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security operations, investigations, law enforcement, military, or intelligence.
• Demonstrated experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and team development.
• Ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions during incidents.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or third-party security providers.
• Flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend work and regional travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, gaming, entertainment, or other fast-paced global organizations.
• Industry certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or similar credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Business, or a related field.
