What you will do

• Lead accounting operations, including the general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash forecasting, liquidity management, intercompany funding, and foreign currency exposure.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, monitor control effectiveness, and support compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Drive accounting automation, process improvements, data integration, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, FP&A collaboration, project cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial strategy.
• Coordinate annual audits and advise stakeholders on accounting implications of supply agreements and corporate decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably supporting an engineering environment.
• Expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, treasury, internal controls, U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, BNA Fixed Assets, close and consolidation systems, and advanced financial reporting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with foreign currency hedging and advanced treasury management.
• Familiarity with agile or lean project management methodologies applied to finance value streams.
