Senior Financial Analyst (Technology FP&A)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning and forecasting for more than 2,000 engineering FTEs, contractors, and deferred labor at the initiative level.
• Own end-to-end AWS forecasting and build centralized forecasting processes with engineering, business management, and finance partners.
• Support forecasting for technology software and data center expenses, including mainframe, private cloud, and software costs.
• Prepare and present monthly reporting packages, forecast packages, and annual operating and strategic plan presentations.
• Lead technology investment reporting and improve initiative-level tracking for corporate investment processes.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, quantify financial impacts, and deliver insights on operating expenses and capital spend to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Expert-level Excel skills and proficiency with TM1, Anaplan, or similar financial planning and reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Ability to lead large-scale planning processes, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and present to executive leadership.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies; technology, engineering, cloud, infrastructure, or software finance experience is preferred.
