Financial Analyst (FDP)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; flexible workplace with a required minimum number of onsite days per week

Salary: $64,000–$88,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, business drivers, and critical financial reports.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and use financial models and analytics to support decision-making and investment prioritization.
• Partner with global businesses, international finance teams, shared service centers, investor relations, and global planning teams.
• Support accurate and timely reporting and consolidation of monthly financial data.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• At least 12 accounting credits upon graduation.
• Internship or co-op experience.
• Technical competency in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of finance, accounting, and business principles.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
