Integrator Performance Engineer (Industrial Automation)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; on-site. Travel to customer sites up to 35–50% and participation in on-call rotations, including occasional nights and weekends, are required.

What you will do

• Own system performance, reliability, and operational excellence for hirify.global installations across North America.
• Act as the technical point of contact for integration partners and customers.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve uptime, throughput, and system availability.
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions for complex issues.
• Coordinate escalated incident resolution across customers, integrators, maintenance teams, Product, and Engineering.
• Provide maintenance guidance, train partner teams, and support upgrades and system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of SQL, database systems, and basic networking.
• Experience with or interest in Git, Docker, and Node-RED.
• Ability to travel up to 35–50% and participate in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• Ability to read and understand code in C++, C, Python, JavaScript, and/or Java.
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, material handling, controls, maintenance, or reliability engineering.
