Facilities Maintenance II

Location: Pecos, Texas, United States; full-time onsite position. Occasional travel between data centers may be required, and shifts may vary by site.

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility and production equipment.
• Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures and follow site safety policies.
• Operate the Computerized Maintenance Management System and manage tools, parts, and equipment inventory.
• Complete minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fabrication, and welding repairs.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and preventive maintenance, including cleaning data center air filters.
• Diagnose equipment issues, repair or replace parts, test systems, report faulty operations, and maintain clean work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills; some PLC experience is required, with HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience operating lawn mowers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and small hand tools.
• Basic understanding of email and office software.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, follow guidance, communicate professionally, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
