Facilities Maintenance Technician III (Nights)

Location: USA - OH - Blue Ash; 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour night shifts

Salary: $24.00–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facility equipment and building systems independently.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, humidifiers, air dryers, plumbing, lighting, fire systems, and related equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct daily facility checks, and respond to building management alarms.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and report process deviations in accordance with cGMP and SOP requirements.
• Read diagrams, drawings, schematics, SOPs, and technical documentation; recommend temporary and permanent repairs.
• Handle work requests, parts, hazardous materials, spill control, first aid, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining facility systems including fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, humidifiers, and air dryers.
• Water purification knowledge and automated material handling experience.
• Industrial maintenance, electrical/electronics, and infrared, vibration, or ultrasound certifications.
• Universal Section 608 HVAC license and an electrical, HVAC/refrigeration, pipe fitting, or fire alarm journeyman license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent with skilled-trade certification.
• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Two years of experience with facility systems, low-voltage electrical systems, or emergency diesel generators.
• Prior CMMS experience and relevant skilled-trades training.
