Facilities Maintenance Technician II (Days) (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - Blue Ash; 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts

Salary: $21.50-$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform autonomous preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of facility equipment and systems.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, humidifiers, air dryers, plumbing, lighting, and fire systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, monitor performance, conduct daily facility checks, and respond to building management alarms.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders in the CMMS and Work Request System.
• Read and interpret SOPs, technical documentation, diagrams, drawings, and schematics.
• Support spill control, hazardous-material handling, first aid, PPE use, process-deviation reporting, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining facility systems such as fire systems, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC equipment.
• At least 2 years of experience with boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, humidifiers, air dryers, low-voltage electrical systems, and emergency diesel generators.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant skilled-trade training or certification.
• Experience with CMMS is required or preferred background.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Certification in electrical, boiler operations, or another skilled trade.
