Functional Solution Consultant (Insurance)

What you will do

• Promote hirify.global’s insurance solutions with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Support the sales cycle as an authority on the functional and business aspects of the insurance platform.
• Partner with customers to understand business objectives and map requirements to solution capabilities.
• Lead presentations, whiteboard sessions, demonstrations, and detailed business evaluations.
• Prepare product sections for requests for information and proposals.
• Travel overseas occasionally for training and company meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent Japanese in both spoken and written communication is required.
• Strong business-level English is required for internal communication.
• Customer-facing experience with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business process needs and conceptualize how requirements are addressed by software solutions.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in pre-sales, client consulting, or client success.
• Experience in the insurance domain, especially general insurance.
• Knowledge of modern enterprise software technologies and experience configuring systems.
• Ability to handle challenging questions and adjust effectively when working with colleagues.
