What you will do

• Provide clinical expertise during the sales cycle, including client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Deliver clinically relevant product positioning focused on patient safety, evidence-based practice, and operational efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key clinical and administrative stakeholders such as CMOs, nursing leaders, and pharmacists.
• Represent the company at regional conferences, customer events, and professional workshops.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer insights and market needs in Japan.
• Support awareness and early-stage engagement for product localization and emerging AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Professional degree in a clinical field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine) with active licensure preferred.
• Native-level Japanese fluency for business and clinical communication is mandatory.
• Strong English proficiency for internal global collaboration.
• Minimum 4–8 years of frontline clinical practice experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT, including EMRs, CDS systems, and clinical documentation workflows.
• Willingness to travel within Japan (30-40%) and occasionally internationally.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a health-tech, CDS, EMR, or AI-health company.
• Experience using UpToDate or similar medication/clinical information platforms.
