Sales Development Representative (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site

Salary: €70,000–€80,000 per year, plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Identify and engage decision-makers in SEO, marketing, and growth functions through outbound prospecting.
• Execute personalized cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the Account Executive team.
• Use AI-powered tools to research prospects and personalize messaging at scale.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and positioning.
• Help develop outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the SDR function scales.

Requirements

• Demonstrated motivation to achieve ambitious activity and meeting targets.
• Strong phone presence and genuine interest in cold calling.
• Passion for technology and AI, with experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Highly coachable and receptive to feedback.
• German fluency at native or C1 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with outbound sales tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics.
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment, including junior or internship experience.
• Previous SDR experience and a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
