What you will do
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting logistics.
- Support onboarding and employee administrative processes.
- Organize internal documentation, calendars, meetings, and operational workflows.
- Maintain recruiting systems, ATS data hygiene, and internal process organization.
- Support day-to-day HR and people operations across teams.
- Work closely with leadership to improve organizational efficiency and operational execution.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and operational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- High responsiveness, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Comfort working independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong execution mindset.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.
