What you will do
- Own the people operations function and build its foundation from scratch.
- Design and execute onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Operate the HRIS and develop new people systems, including an employee handbook.
- Implement feedback loops, performance reviews, and career growth frameworks with leadership.
- Establish competitive workplace benefits and lead communications for people initiatives.
- Direct the annual team retreat and create programs supporting engagement, retention, and growth.
Requirements
- Prior experience in people operations roles at Series A or B startups.
- Experience building new processes and systems from scratch.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with the CFO, DevOps Lead, Founding Recruiter, and leadership.
- Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto.
