Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Fully in-person at the Brooklyn, New York office

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for the consumer app, from discovery and research through launch and iteration.
• Design intuitive, elegant, and scalable systems, user flows, interfaces, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Own internal tools that support operations, store teams, and other internal users.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, translating findings into product opportunities and design direction.
• Partner with product and engineering on roadmaps, prioritization, implementation, and design-system evolution.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven opportunities into product experiences where relevant.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product design, UX, or an equivalent role, including leadership of complex digital products.
• Strong user research skills, including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and insight synthesis.
• Experience leading medium-scale projects from concept through implementation and evolving design systems and tokens with engineers.
• Experience with generative AI, personalization systems, or recommendation engines.
• Strong stakeholder communication, storytelling, collaboration, and visual communication skills.
• High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Google Slides.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, computer science, information sciences, human-computer interaction, commerce, business, or a related multidisciplinary field.
