Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA; on-site, in-office position

Salary: $81,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Build Sigma workbooks and workflow-oriented applications that support data analysis, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business teams to understand workflows, identify friction points, and design reporting or app-based data solutions.
• Create, update, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Salesforce.
• Perform ad hoc exploratory analysis with analysts, engineers, and business partners.
• QA reporting logic and outputs, identify data quality issues, and collaborate on resolution.
• Document dashboards, metrics, data sources, and reporting best practices for end users.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Foundational SQL skills and experience working with structured data.
• Familiarity with Sigma Computing, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar BI tools.
• Interest in using data tools to support workflows, decisions, and process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, creativity, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in-office in Seattle; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar modern data tools.
• Experience with Power Apps, Retool, Airtable, or similar app-building tools.
• Interest in AI tools for data workflows and decision-making.
