Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: London, hybrid

Salary: £80,000–£95,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows.
• Partner with product managers and engineers from discovery through shipping.
• Explore agentic AI behavior, including automation, user input, and explanation of reasoning.
• Move between broad product concepts and detailed interactions such as finance copilot flows and invoice approval.
• Prototype rapidly and test ideas with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Contribute to design reviews and help build a strong design culture.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in product design.
• Experience shipping B2B products, ideally in finance, B2B, or workflow-heavy domains.
• Comfort working in an early-stage environment and shaping both product and process.
• Interest in AI tools and designing AI-native workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, explore new interaction patterns, and prioritize speed and impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Cursor, Midjourney, Figma Make, or Claude Artifacts.
