TL;DR
Associate Manager, Finance Data Operations (Salesforce/NetSuite): Leading finance data operations and aligning CRM, CLM, billing, ERP, and warehouse systems with an accent on data integrity, validation, and contract-to-revenue accuracy. Focus on reconciling complex system interfaces, automating verification routines, and resolving upstream data issues that affect billing, accounting, and financial reporting.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and manage daily operations for the Finance Data Operations team, including resource allocation and professional development.
- Oversee data flows and reconcile interfaces between Salesforce, Contract Lifecycle Management tools, NetSuite, Operator, BigQuery, and related financial systems.
- Implement validation and quality-control procedures for sales, billing, pricing, and contract data before billing cycles and accounting close.
- Verify that finalized sales agreements align with financial schedules, pricing models, revenue requirements, and compliance standards.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Billing, Revenue, and Accounting to resolve integration issues and improve upstream data capture.
- Automate manual validation processes, prepare reporting and audit materials, and document standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance data operations, sales operations, system reconciliation, or a related quantitative operational field.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
- Strong understanding of sales ordering, revenue recognition, billing, data governance, data hygiene, and validation routines.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or formal Contract Lifecycle Management systems; NetSuite or a similar ERP is highly advantageous.
- Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or data reconciliation skills, with experience using data warehouses such as BigQuery.
- Leadership or supervisory experience, strong analytical problem-solving ability, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
