Financial Reconciliation JR Analyst (LATAM)

What you will do

• Reconcile receivable accounts, identify discrepancies, and investigate payment issues.
• Work with hirify.global partners and payment processors to resolve reconciliation problems.
• Analyze and report on receivable trends, variances, costs, and revenue.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Implement new flows in the reconciliation system and develop operating methods for new operations, suppliers, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English or Spanish proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of acquirers.
• SQL knowledge.
• Data-driven approach and dashboard or reporting skills.
