Senior Specialist - Group FP&A

hirify.global operates a telecommunications business with a group finance function supporting operating companies and senior stakeholders.

What you will do

• Manage month-end close, early view, and rolling forecast processes for the Group, including KPI and KFI insights.
• Support annual budgeting and Long-Range Planning, providing trend analysis, validation, and alignment with the Group FP&A leadership.
• Review P&L performance across customer revenue, direct costs, A&R, OPEX, CAPEX, and profitability drivers.
• Deliver reporting, variance commentary, and performance analysis for operating companies, Exco, and board stakeholders.
• Monitor operating company performance against targets and support the identification, validation, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Build and improve financial models, dashboards, automated reports, and operational controls.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of financial management experience.
• Relevant BSc or BCom degree in accounting, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or a related financial discipline.
• Experience in financial and business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial management, analytical, commercial, communication, presentation, writing, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• CIMA or CA(SA) qualification.
• ICT industry experience.
• Experience with business intelligence, big data, RPA, or related analytical technologies.
