Senior Fund Administrator (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Maintain and reconcile investment data while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance and protection standards.
• Administer domestic and foreign securities, including trades, settlements, corporate actions, valuations, pricing, and performance reporting.
• Process and manage fund contributions, redemptions, and related administrative activities.
• Prepare reports for clients, management, and regulatory bodies and resolve trade and settlement issues with custodians, brokers, and counterparties.
• Identify process improvements and participate in automation and streamlining projects.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, colleagues, service-level suppliers, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in investment administration, fund accounting, asset management, or a similar financial services role.
• Experience with data management systems, trade settlements, and securities processing.
• Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, accounting software, and financial platforms.
• Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, and accounting principles.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, time management, adaptability, effective communication, and client focus.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the hiring location and successful completion of required background verification checks, including employment history, proof of address, credit check, and criminal record check where permitted by law.

Nice to have

• Relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification such as CFA, CAIA, or CISI.
• Knowledge of HiPortfolio.
