Cash Management Mid Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage bank balances, statements, daily reconciliations, payments, and high-value transactions.
• Maintain cash-flow updates, support month-end closing, and analyze financial variances.
• Manage end-to-end settlement operations and Accounts Payable processes.
• Act as the primary operational contact for banking partners and resolve settlement exceptions.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Standardize processes, support audits, automate manual work, and improve operational stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish required for communication with global teams and participation in business meetings.
• Strong theoretical and practical experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, or related areas.
• Experience contributing to medium-complexity projects, including planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Ability to independently extract, analyze, and interpret data using analytical and data-modeling tools.
• Experience with Alteryx and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
