AGS Training Services HBI New Product Introduction (NPI) Instructor (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Based in Singapore, with occasional work in Kalispell, Montana, and domestic and international travel of up to 35% per year

What you will do

• Develop and deliver New Product Introduction technical training through live distance learning, enhanced distance learning, classroom sessions, and hands-on instruction.
• Learn new and existing semiconductor equipment, covering operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, software, processes, and system functionality.
• Create training curricula, student guides, procedures, Best Known Methods, technical materials, and supporting documentation with Instructional Designers and technical teams.
• Support product development, first chamber builds, final testing, Early Learning System and Alpha Site engineering, ECO reviews, and field communications.
• Manage multiple training projects, coordinate factory on-the-job training, direct project contributors, and support course design approval.
• Coach and certify other instructors while working with customers, Business Units, Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Product Support, and marketing.

Requirements

• Internal candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, or training, or equivalent military experience, plus 4 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience; without a bachelor’s degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment installation, programming, safety, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, repair, robotics, programmable controllers, power systems, pneumatics, vacuum systems, and high-voltage or high-current systems.
• Strong technical training delivery, presentation, written communication, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and project or information management skills.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, alignments, calibrations, analog and digital electronics, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Ability to work assigned off-shift hours and weekends and travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global semiconductor equipment, especially bonding equipment.
• Instructional Design certification or experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Experience with Windows applications, computer networking, e-learning, videography, photography, AR, VR, or CGI.
