What you will do

• Develop and implement staffing strategies for positions across MPS China.
• Manage candidate, hiring manager, vendor, HR, and stakeholder communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and execute campus recruitment strategies, manage university partnerships, and develop talent pipelines.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment processes, interviews, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
• Proactively source candidates and create end-to-end hiring processes that support a positive candidate experience.
• Support overseas recruitment and perform assigned recruitment projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, business management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment and staffing experience in a multinational enterprise.
• Good command of English and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of employee relations, labor law, training and development, compensation, and benefits.

• Overseas study experience.
