What you will do

• Support the full recruitment process across product, engineering, and business roles, from sourcing and screening through offer support.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial conversations to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support recruiting process improvements.
• Help improve candidate experience and employer branding while keeping hiring operations responsive.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or a related field; fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through reliably, and respond proactively to feedback.
• Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required; curiosity, attitude, and execution are valued.
