GTM Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site full-time at hirify.global's NYC office, 55 5th Ave #1701, New York, NY 10003

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 base salary annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Marketing, and related commercial functions.
• Source and engage passive candidates while building long-term talent relationships.
• Shape a high-quality candidate experience and create authentic outreach and positioning.
• Partner with commercial leaders on intake, calibration, hiring decisions, and closing strategy.
• Build scalable recruiting operations, including pipeline tracking, scorecards, and sourcing playbooks.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth startups; agency experience is welcome.
• Proven success sourcing and closing top commercial talent, including passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in parallel and influence hiring decisions with data and sound judgment.
• Fluency with Ashby, Noon AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion is preferred.
• Must be eager to work in person at the NYC office full time.
