Salary: $100,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building a search engine and Search API for AI agents, Fortune 500 companies, and AI research labs.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruiting cycle for go-to-market roles, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, and closing.
• Represent hirify.global externally and attract account executives, marketers, and business development professionals.
• Partner with founders and team leads to scope roles and identify high-leverage hires.
• Build and optimize recruiting systems and workflows using hirify.global’s in-house agentic search tools.
• Experiment with creative sourcing strategies for the competitive San Francisco startup market.
• Help shape the talent brand and recruiting culture during rapid headcount growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for go-to-market roles in startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with San Francisco startup culture and the ability to identify and attract top startup talent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and sell a compelling company vision.
• A builder mindset focused on designing recruiting systems and workflows.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
• Technical literacy and the ability to communicate ongoing engineering projects to semi-technical candidates.
