Senior Internal Production Support Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Bring up and qualify production tools through qualification levels 600, 700, and 800.
• Manage incidents and troubleshoot internal machines and systems using ITRS, Splunk, and Datadog.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring production incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Shell and Python scripting.
• Maintain batch processes, perform upgrades, and ensure server and network functionality.
• Support release deployments, user acceptance testing, documentation, and cross-functional workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, equipment troubleshooting, or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm and adaptable during incidents.
• Demonstrated ownership of incident resolution and effective cross-functional communication.
