What you will do

• Maintain and refine system requirements and architecture for the cell therapy manufacturing platform.
• Create and maintain documents, models, diagrams, functional and physical decompositions, interface definitions, and flow diagrams.
• Align overlapping requirements and constraints across subsystem design teams and support concept development, risk evaluation, and design convergence.
• Support subsystem engineers with models that guide lower-level design decisions.
• Lead structured root-cause analysis for complex system issues involving multiple physics domains.
• Formulate, execute, and analyze verification and validation activities with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Biotech Automation.
• At least one year of experience as a Systems Engineer, Applications Engineer, R&D Engineer, or Integration Engineer in biotechnology.
• At least one year of experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Working knowledge of at least one data visualization or statistical tool, such as JMP, Minitab, or Tableau.
• Experience with biomedical-related instruments and consumables development, integration, and verification activities.
