What you will do

• Lead data collection, analysis, and improvement tracking for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Identify capacity constraints, high-cost labor areas, low-throughput processes, and operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain factory simulation models and value stream maps, assessing the impact of planned changes.
• Plan factory capacity and readiness for new products while proactively addressing constraints.
• Develop and validate factory efficiency and integration guidelines across factories.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Automation Projects Engineering to integrate automation cells and third-party machinery into production workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement in high-stakes, high-precision production.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Expert knowledge of automation, discrete event simulation, Python scripting, material flow planning, and 2D/3D factory CAD systems.
• Experience translating manufacturing data and industrial engineering analysis into standardized operational solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience developing efficiency models for highly automated or lights-out manufacturing.
• Hands-on familiarity with metal additive manufacturing, powder handling, and post-processing bottlenecks.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
