What you will do
- Oversee the maintenance and daily operation of data center facilities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize data center performance.
- Manage data center operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor facility performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate data center operations with business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data center operations, including 2 or more years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
- Experience with data center management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
