Senior Solutions Architect - Quantum Memories

Location: Onsite at the Boston, Massachusetts office, with flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Travel up to 20% domestically. U.S. Person status or applicable export-control authorization may be required.

Salary: $126,887–$166,127 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build go-to-market assets explaining hirify.global's quantum networking, sensing, and compute capabilities.
• Partner with sales to guide customers through technical discussions and evaluate use-case fit.
• Coordinate with engineering, R&D, and program management to represent customer needs and align delivery with commitments.
• Feed customer and market insights into technology roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Serve as a trusted technical voice for external stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in industry, consulting, applied research, or an equivalent setting.
• Strong grounding in quantum physics through a physical-sciences PhD or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• At least 2 years of industry experience, including 1+ year in an external or customer-facing capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience managing projects and stakeholders across internal and external organizations.
• U.S. citizenship, nationality, permanent residency, refugee/asylee status, or applicable export-control authorization may be required for access to restricted technology and government-contract work.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting, venture capital, technical sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience working across R&D, sales, marketing, pricing, or product functions.
• Experience building financial models, ROI analyses, or business cases.
• Direct experience in quantum information science and technology.
• Ability to identify market gaps and synthesize customer feedback into technology strategy.
