What you will do

• Own technical architecture for enterprise and regulated-industry deployments from discovery through a signed statement of work.
• Design self-hosted and air-gapped deployments that satisfy customer security reviews.
• Lead technical discovery with infrastructure and compliance teams.
• Define migration paths from multiple legacy tools, including data-migration limitations.
• Work with sales on live deals and with engineering on scoped product gaps.
• Prepare and respond to customer security questionnaires and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience designing and defending technical architecture to skeptical buyers.
• Understanding of self-hosted and on-premises deployment, networking, SSO, and identity federation.
• Ability to translate security questionnaires and compliance requirements into deployment decisions.
• Comfort serving as the technical voice on sales calls.
• Ability to write technical documentation for customer engineering teams.
• Experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical account management for regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to hirify.global, running it self-hosted, or maintaining another relied-upon open-source project.
• Experience supporting banking, defense, healthcare, or air-gapped deployments.
• Strong opinions about permissioning and auditing AI agents in enterprise environments.
