Capital Allocation & Investments - Sr. Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain; remote work option available

What you will do

• Evaluate capital allocation opportunities across M&A, organic growth projects, and portfolio optimization.
• Develop business cases with business leaders and key stakeholders to support alignment and executive decisions.
• Conduct M&A due diligence in partnership with Corporate Development and external advisors.
• Analyze the portfolio to inform prioritization, capital allocation trade-offs, and long-term strategic planning.
• Develop frameworks and infrastructure to strengthen capital allocation discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation and transaction services.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, including valuation, investment returns, and EPS accretion or dilution.
• Experience working on M&A deal teams or in a similar role.
• Ability to lead workstreams independently and communicate business insights to leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, proactivity, and ownership.
