Graduate Financial Analyst - EMEA Supply Chain Operations (Finance)

What you will do

• Maintain and reconcile cost accounting records and inventory-related balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and analyze actual, budget, and forecast variances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing through journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and cost reclassifications.
• Develop standard cost models, bills of materials, and cost simulations.
• Use QAD and SAP as an ERP power user to extract, validate, and analyze cost and inventory data.
• Build and automate Power BI, Excel, and SQL reports and dashboards while contributing to process improvement and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field obtained within the last 12 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Copilot or AI-powered productivity tools and basic accounting and finance knowledge.
• Strong adaptability, flexibility, time management, prioritization, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• No prior professional experience is required; internships or practical experience are advantageous.
